It's being debated weather or not Donald Trump is an "Insurrectionist", and thus should be disqualified from being president.

An insurrectionist is defined as "a person who takes part in an armed rebellion against the constituted authority."

Although many believe Trump is in fact an insurrectionist for his roll in the Capitol riots, most people do not believe his actions meet the high standard of an insurrectionist taking up arms against the United States government, and thus believe he should maintain his constitutional right to run for President so the voters can decide his fate.
