Laken Rile, UGA nursing student, was murdered by an illegal immigrant while jogging on a wooded campus trail.

This murderer illegally migrated to the United States from Venezuela in 2022. He was arrested by the Border Patrol and was released with temporary permission to stay in the country per Biden's current "catch and release" border policy. That release, or parole, is a practice the border patrol uses when officials are overwhelmed with high numbers of crossings.
